Southgate
Village has remodeled a two bedroom one bath house that sits in the
rear of the Community. This house is fully furnished and sleeps
four comfortably. Included in the rental price is cable television,
internet, free long distance telephone, plus washer and dryer. All you need
to bring is your toothbrush and bathing suit. If you would like to
inquire about reserving the Lacava house for the season or just for

LACAVA HOUSE RATES RATE TAX TOTAL WEEKLY $500.00 $55.00 $555.00 MONTHLY $1400.00 $154.00 $1554.00 *A $200.00 dollar security deposit will be needed. It will be returned after a walk through of the house and everything is ok.
